Information and support for Lee County residents with Alzheimer’s and for their caregivers

Aging and Disability Resource Center providing information and referrals to support and care programs
Elder HelplineElder Helpline
The primary state agency responsible for administering human services programs to benefit Florida’s large and growing elder population.
Florida Department of Children and Families
Access emergency and information hotline numbers, apply for food stamp or cash assistance, or get information about the adoption process.
Florida Department of Health's Physician Search
Search online for medical providers in Florida. Just enter physician's last name to begin a search.
Florida's Aging Resource Center
Find the nearest Agency Resource Center, which educates seniors about services available to them.
Florida's Long-Term Care Ombudsman Program
This state program recruits volunteers to assist people who live in long-term care settings such as nursing homes, assisted living facilities and adult family care homes. Search for ombudsman services in your area.
