Availability

Each item in the Lee County Library System can be delivered to any Lee County Library System location. If LCLS does not own a copy of an item it may be requested from libraries or academic institutions from around the state or around the world. Find out how our Reference and InterLibrary Loan services can offer assistance.

Find the newest book releases, hit music CDs, critically acclaimed DVDs, popular magazines, computer software and more.

 

Multi-Lingual Collection
The library offers print, CD, DVD and online materials in dozens of languages, with special efforts to acquire Spanish and Haitian-Creole material. The library also offers multi-format collections for learning new languages or improving literacy.

 
Previews and Recommendations
Can't remember the title or author of a book?  Don't know what to read next? Get recommendations and answers to your questions online, by phone or in person. You can also sign up for free e-newsletters with previews and excerpts or upcoming titles.

 

Special Collections
Several Lee County Library System locations feature special collections, from the African-American Collection at Dunbar-Jupiter Hammon Public Library to the Genealogy Collection at Fort Myers- Lee County Library. Each library also features a READY Collection of materials for literacy learners and volunteers.
