In honor of national observances or celebrations, locations within the Lee County Library System routinely plan programs for public education and participation. The programs are free and range in nature, depending upon the observance and the targeted audience. Most of the special event activities are designed so that the whole family can enjoy them. Please check this page or our online Library Events Calendar for any upcoming activities surrounding a day, week or month observance, the anniversary of a landmark event or other nationally recognized celebrations.
